About the position
The position is an internship within the Organon Global Procurement & Supplier Management (GPSM) Organization, specifically on the Procurement Process Excellence team. The intern will support the Strategic Procurement Operations Team by leading various projects, collaborating with business partners, and assisting in the development of procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Leading various projects, tracking tasks and completion to target dates, working with various procurement systems and processes.
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to assist with benchmarking activities and report analysis.
- Assist with the development of Procurement Process Excellence SharePoint content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large complex data sets
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
- Highly capable project management skills to understand interdependencies between projects
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Dependable self-starter capable of working independently on multiple projects
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
