The Strategy & Planning Manager for the Product & Solutions Marketing team will play a crucial role in leading strategic projects, designing and implementing scalable programs, and managing tools and processes for go-to-market (GTM) goals across marketing in alignment with sales and product teams. This position is pivotal in ensuring that the product and solutions marketing team, which includes product, solutions, technical, and competitive marketing teams, effectively collaborates with products, marketing, and sales to bring new products to market and engage with customers to drive business goals for Cloudflare and the customers we serve. The role will involve high visibility and engagement in both strategic and operational aspects of marketing and GTM initiatives. The Strategy & Planning Manager will define and program manage product and marketing launch programs, which encompass website strategy, campaigns, customer advocacy, product marketing, communications, and seller/technical enablement. This position requires close partnership with product marketing management (PMM) leadership to develop effective goals, track progress, create visibility through status reports or dashboards, and drive accountability. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with product management PMO/Operations to define product readiness, launch strategy, and process, while also identifying key stakeholders, milestones, and responsibilities. The role will also involve designing and leading the process of quarterly planning, tracking, and measuring success, including product and solution quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and interlocks with other key functions such as product management, campaigns, and field teams. The Strategy & Planning Manager will consolidate, aggregate, and develop insights around team KPIs for regular leadership review and team visibility. This position requires a deep understanding of the business's key drivers and the ability to proactively propose ways to increase marketing impact, performance, and efficiency. The manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, from plan development to operationalization to execution and results, while creating and managing strategy and planning tools and processes that automate and scale marketing-wide goals and initiatives.
