The specialist will assist both new and continuing students with various student services processes, providing guidance on program selection, career choices, admissions, registration, business office inquiries, and financial aid. In addition to direct student support, the specialist will monitor student records, assist with the maintenance of student files, and help with end-of-program audits and certification paperwork. The position also involves advising students on certificate, transfer, and graduation requirements, ensuring that they are well-informed about their academic progress and options. The specialist will play a key role in marketing and partnership presentations related to the Bachelor's Degree, contributing to the overall success of the Educator Preparation Program. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm during the academic year, with extended hours during the summer months.
