About the position

A Supercuts hairstylist is a pivotal role within the Supercuts system, recognized as the most important position in the organization. Supercuts takes immense pride in its hairstylists, believing they are the best in the industry. Upon graduation from the Hairstylist Academy (HSA), stylists receive certification that symbolizes the company's commitment to providing fully trained and highly competent professionals to their customers. The primary responsibility of the Supercuts stylist is to serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that customer satisfaction is paramount. This is achieved by adhering to Supercuts brand standards, operating principles, and best practices. By consistently implementing the 360 experience, stylists are tasked with exceeding customer expectations, which in turn fosters successful careers for Supercuts stylists and enhances their value as employees. The hairstylist's duties include providing quality haircuts by consistently applying the Supercuts technique, educating customers about maintaining their hairstyles between visits, and executing the 360 Experience to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Stylists must follow sanitation guidelines, execute best practices for the Jerome Group, and adhere to dress code standards.
