About the position
The Substitute Personal Care Assistant will provide academic, functional, and behavioral support to assigned students as directed by the Special Education Teacher and/or Classroom Teacher. This position is for the 24-25 school year and is district-wide.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic support to assigned students.
- Assist with functional support as needed.
- Offer behavioral support as directed by teachers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current PA Criminal History background check.
- Current Federal Criminal background check.
- Current Child Abuse background check.
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience with special needs students.
