Responsibilities

  • Promptly and courteously handle inquiries and visitors who have business to conduct in the department.
  • Prepare and distribute materials as required.
  • Receive incoming calls, direct them as appropriate and provide assistance as required.
  • Perform such other functions and duties as deemed necessary by the administrator.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school, including or supplemented by courses in typing, word processing, and business practices.
  • Above average knowledge of language skills, particularly in areas of spelling, punctuation, and proper English usage.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Publisher and other applications.
