Position Summary: We are looking for Substitute Teachers! You will be called by our schools to step into classrooms on an as-needed basis to ensure that students are meeting their daily learning goals. You are passionate about serving students of the East Side community and you are curious about the teaching profession. Above all, you are a patient optimist - you believe that every student is capable of graduating from college.

Requirements

• You hold a bachelor's degree.
• You must hold an Emergency 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit, or an equivalent teaching permit/credential, before your first assignment.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university, required.
• Teacher or Substitute Teacher experience.
