SuccessFactors Solution Architect

About the position

KPMG is currently seeking a SuccessFactors Solution Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery of SuccessFactors solutions by providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams
• Act as an internal consultant; develop and deliver presentations covering ideas, proposals, standards and technical solutions to all levels of management and technical audiences
• Update technical architecture to support significant architectural changes, create patterns, and support innovation in the system architecture
• Design the data flows across various SuccessFactors modules and integrations with downstream and upstream systems
• Lead and conduct design workshops and demonstrate proof of concepts for proposed technical solutions
• Create, validate, and manage configuration workbooks, system documents as well as provide technical guidance and support to multiple project teams

Requirements

• Minimum ten years of recent experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Talent modules; minimum of four full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; active SuccessFactors certifications preferred
• Extensive subject matter expertise on SuccessFactors leading practices and industry trends within Talent Management and Compensation space
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
