About the position

The Summer 2025 Co-op in Digital Marketing, CRM at Keurig Dr Pepper offers undergraduate students a hands-on opportunity to work with a leading consumer relationship management team. This role involves executing promotional campaigns, conducting competitive benchmarking, and participating in professional development activities, all while gaining valuable experience in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute promotional CRM calendar for Keurig.com, including building, testing, and scheduling promotional emails.
  • Conduct subject line and preheader testing for promotional emails.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking against other programs and maintain active swipe libraries.
  • Conduct miscellaneous reporting projects related to email and push/inbox sends.
  • Execute ad hoc sends as required.

Requirements

  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
