Responsibilities

• Engage with SAS employees and promote the HCC and global well-being events and programs via a monthly HCC Happenings newsletter and Viva Engage posts.
• Produce promotional and clinical staff bio videos to boost awareness and increase our patient population.
• Assist with redesigning the HCC website (WordPress).
• Perform general office duties, including processing mail, producing and duplicating documents, ordering supplies and equipment, and arranging for equipment repair.
• Input data into software applications, verify accuracy, and generate requested reports.
• Assist department staff with administrative tasks using online applications.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external guests while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Degree Type: Associate, Bachelor's
• Targeted majors: Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Care Management, Public Health, Communications
• You're a college student enrolled in an accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
• Strong problem-solving, writing, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• You're curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable.
• Leadership abilities. Your past experiences demonstrate you'll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
• You're interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Canva or WordPress
