About the position

The Veeva and Appian Center of Excellence (COE) intern at Sanofi plays a pivotal role in supporting the Digital R&D team. This internship involves managing the Appian Platform and Sanofi Vault platform, contributing to the development of Proof of Concepts, and collaborating with various teams to enhance digital processes within the organization. The intern will gain valuable insights into key R&D platforms and engage in research on emerging technologies relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital R&D team by optimizing digital processes.
  • Collaborate with assigned leads to develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the Appian and Veeva platforms.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of workflows on Appian and Veeva.
  • Engage in ongoing research on emerging technologies and tools relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems with an expected graduation by Spring 2027.
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship.
  • Ability to relocate to the office location and work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, for the full duration of the internship.
  • Must have permanent US work authorization.

  • Eagerness to learn about GxP Regulations, Good Documentation, and Data Integrity requirements in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess and interpret data to draw sound conclusions.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to accomplish tasks collaboratively.
