About the position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent Roofing Project Manager to join our team. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of roofing systems, and proven project management abilities. The Superintendent Roofing Project Manager will oversee all phases of roofing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent Roofing Project Manager will be responsible for project planning and management, overseeing all phases of roofing projects from inception to completion. This includes ensuring that all projects adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. The role also involves leadership and supervision, where the individual will lead and manage on-site roofing teams, including subcontractors and suppliers. Regular site inspections will be conducted to monitor progress and quality of work, and the manager will provide training, support, and guidance to team members to promote professional growth and development. Additionally, capturing pictures of performed work and operating a drone to capture aerial images will be part of the responsibilities. Client relations are a key aspect of this role, as the Superintendent Roofing Project Manager will serve as a point of contact for clients and the office, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Regular communication of project updates, timelines, and milestones to clients and stakeholders is essential, as well as resolving any issues or disputes that arise during the project promptly and effectively. Quality control and safety are paramount, and the manager will implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship. Compliance with all safety regulations and company safety policies will be ensured, and safety meetings and training sessions will be conducted to promote a safe working environment. Budget and cost management will also be a significant part of the role, where the manager will monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and materials. Approval of project expenditures and management of procurement of necessary materials and equipment will be required. Accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and inspection reports, must be maintained, and regular project status reports will be provided to senior management. Ensuring all project documentation is complete and properly archived upon project completion is also essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in roofing project management or a related supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Acculynx & IRoofing, Company Cam).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be bilingual (Spanish & English).
