Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering large multi-layered software initiatives impacting multiple business units
• Introduce new and innovative solutions to problems the business faces, including but not limited to machine learning concepts
• Motivate direct reports to focus on team and company goals and ensure success of committed deliveries
• Understand individual desires of direct reports and develop growth plans to help them succeed
• Responsible for supervising the design, development, and troubleshooting phases of high performance and high availability web applications utilized throughout the business
• Keep abreast of advancements in technologies and development techniques
• Interact with all departments and end users acting in development, technical design, and support roles

Requirements

• Master's degree in Software Engineering or a similar field and two years of experience in the job offered or in a software engineering position
• Requires 2 years of expertise in Genetic Algorithm-based Optimization systems
• Experience must also include developing and reviewing Neural Network applications, modular pricing/quoting tools, SQL Server queries, Kafka-based microservices, and RabbitMQ clusters
