Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the HTM Department.
• Supervise a team of biomedical engineers and technicians.
• Manage equipment maintenance schedules.
• Conduct performance evaluations of team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to address equipment issues.
• Support new technology implementations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the hospital.
• Perform light preventive maintenance and technical tasks as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in a related field.
• 5 years of hospital experience.
• 3 years of management experience (preferred).
• AAMI-CBET certification required or to be obtained within 12 months of employment.
• Strong leadership and technical expertise.
• Excellent communication skills.
