Responsibilities

• Perform daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care according to patient needs and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection.
• Supervise and reinforce daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team under the direction of the Manager.
• Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payment, collection, and balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
