Responsibilities

• Administer transportation planning activities through feasibility studies and reports.
• Coordinate projects with State and local planning organizations.
• Participate in the preparation of annual, multi-year, and long-range programs for transportation projects.
• Provide overall liaison and administration of the design and construction program.
• Administer the Emergency Relief for Federally owned Roads Program for disaster recovery.
• Set direction for the stewardship and oversight program, recommending policies to the director.
• Develop and implement a risk-based stewardship and oversight program for Title 23-funded projects.
• Serve as a member of the Division Leadership Team for strategic planning and direction.
• Foster a business-focused team environment and monitor team performance.
