About the position

The Supply Chain Operations Analyst I at CMA CGM is responsible for managing reporting requirements, analyzing operational details, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations within the supply chain. This role focuses on delivering innovative support to supply chain customers and driving efficiency in operations through data integrity and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements for performance, compliance, and invoicing.
• Perform calculations, analyses, and audits of financial and operational results.
• Analyze operational or transportation details to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
• Oversee data integrity by reviewing, classifying, auditing, and recording information.
• Ensure processes comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop metrics and goals for programs and present information to customers or leaders.
• Review operational claims and perform root cause analyses to determine responsible parties.
• Assist with reviewing and responding to customer requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent education and experience.
• Less than one year of related experience required.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.
• Ability to develop analytics, reports, and communications related to transportation and logistics.
• Awareness of common systems and databases used for transportation and logistics management.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• Capable of identifying areas to drive efficiency and operational effectiveness.
