Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning, developing, administering and managing the day-to-day operations of the Security Department.
• Demonstrates fundamental computer skills and keyboard familiarity.
• Communicates effectively and professionally.
• Accurately reviews written reports, checking for errors and ensuring accurate information.
• Demonstrates organization and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibits effective interpersonal skills.
• Adapts to multiple and changing priorities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 3 years security supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Previous professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background.
• I.A.H.S.S. (International Association Healthcare Security & Safety) Supervisor Certified within 180 days of service or hire.
