About The Position

The Sustainable Infrastructure Delivery Consultant will oversee project profitability, cash flow, and billing terms within the installation or energy solutions industry. This role is essential for driving secured margins, managing risks, and ensuring efficient project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in operations/project management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in the installation or energy solutions industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and scheduling tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor teams.
• High-level project management and supply chain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and subcontractor estimates to achieve project profitability and secured margins.
• Finalize and negotiate the Schedule of Values (SOV) to define billing and payment terms.
• Ensure accurate and consistent use of tools such as Risk Logs, RFP tools, and Pipeline Suite for project tracking and reporting.
• Monitor project cash flow to align with beneficial contract terms.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project success and business results.
