About the position
The Advanced Solutions Practice (ASP) professional services intern will work on building process automations (Jenkins CI/CD) and resellable RICOH ProcessDirector extensions (primarily in Java and JavaScript) to enhance the implementation team's tool suite, profitability, and solution delivery efficiency. The intern will collaborate closely with a mentor and other members of the ASP team to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement and test products and tools. The work will be performed in an Agile environment with a multidisciplinary team consisting of software engineers and solution-implementation engineers.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Working towards a B.S., M.S., or PhD. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or enrolled in an accredited graduate program.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Successfully complete all required screenings prior to hire.
- Strong communication and teaming skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
- Postman experience.
- Knowledge of Jenkins automation server.
- Linux Shell scripting.
