About the position
Outlier is seeking experienced Swedish writers to assist in training generative AI models. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on providing human feedback to improve AI outputs. Writers will engage in tasks such as reading and ranking AI-generated Swedish text, writing short stories, and assessing the factual accuracy of AI-produced content.
Responsibilities
- Read Swedish text to rank AI-generated responses.
- Write short stories in Swedish on assigned topics.
- Assess the factual accuracy of AI-generated Swedish text.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish.
- Experience as a professional translator or in professional writing (copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing).
- Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
- Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in copywriting.
