• Provide IT support to three staffed and four remote offices throughout the state, managing approximately 100 PCs and their peripherals.
• Coordinate maintenance, planning, and implementation of data processing hardware and software requirements.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex hardware and software problems.
• Present training to staff on current and new systems.
• Review new developments in judicial software and hardware products to assess feasibility for procurement and installation.

Requirements

• Four years of information systems experience in system construction and maintenance, system support, business analysis, and data administration.
• An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus two years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
