Anduril Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer with an active clearance to join our innovative team dedicated to transforming military capabilities through advanced technology. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in interfacing with both internal programs and external customers, ensuring that our systems engineering artifacts meet stakeholder needs. This position is critical in demonstrating Anduril's real Systems Engineering and Mission Systems Integration capabilities, which are essential for the development and deployment of our cutting-edge systems that operate in the harshest conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing various model-based systems engineering artifacts that are often contractual deliverables. You will work closely with functional areas to ensure that these artifacts are complete and accurate, participating in stakeholder meetings and events to showcase your work. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of our Digital and Systems Engineering Strategy and Implementation, gaining a deep understanding of the transformational value of Anduril's platforms, autonomy, simulation, and perception products through the creation and maintenance of systems engineering artifacts. This position requires a strong background in systems engineering, with a focus on requirements elicitation and management, integration, and test activities on complex systems such as DoD Weapon Systems and Space Systems. You will utilize tools like SysML and DoDAF, and have experience with systems engineering software such as Cameo MagicDraw. Your outstanding communication skills will be essential for presenting developed artifacts effectively to stakeholders. An active U.S. Secret security clearance is required, with the ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance being a must.
