About The Position

The Systems Engineering Support role at Volt Workforce Solutions involves providing engineering support for the Advanced Battle Management Consortium (ABMS) at Hanscom AFB, MA. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with approximately 8 years of experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Strong interpersonal skills and technical communication abilities
• Experience in systems engineering with aerospace systems
• Familiarity with MOSA, SOSA, and Open Systems Architecture standards
• Experience with platform certification processes
• Background in risk/opportunity management and obsolescence engineering

Responsibilities

• Define Systems Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs)
• Plan and track implementation of Modular Open Systems Architecture (MOSA)
• Coordinate systems engineering efforts and perform systems level analyses
• Participate in design reviews and manage requirements
• Support platform certification activities for airworthiness and cybersecurity
• Track manpower and personnel support for project plans
• Produce Technical Data Packages (TDPs)
• Manage systems engineering aspects related to obsolescence management
