Responsibilities

• Develop build schedules to support the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Provide status updates on related IMS tasks
• Communicate and coordinate with hardware design engineers to ensure smooth production operations
• Support testing and checkout activities of electrical cables/harnesses and hardware assemblies

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in an Engineering or STEM discipline with 5+ years of professional experience in a related field, such as Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing
• Ability to troubleshoot Command, Control and Communication architecture
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical drawings
• Experience with Electrical test equipment such as bench top power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, data acquisition systems and/or software development tools
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

• Active Secret Clearance
• 5+ years of professional experience working in a Systems Engineer type capacity within the Aerospace, Defense, or Manufacturing industries
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
• Broad experience with Manufacturing, Integration and Test Lifecycle
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
