About The Position

The Retail Sales Manager (RSM) at T-Mobile is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and sales performance of the store. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet or exceed monthly performance quotas.
• Mentor and motivate Mobile Experts to achieve daily and monthly targets.

• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve escalations promptly.
• Manage inventory and cash procedures, ensuring loss prevention standards are met.
• Create and manage work schedules for staff, adhering to labor budgets.
• Conduct regular check-ins and training for Mobile Experts to enhance performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a positive work environment.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Track and report on sales performance and labor needs.
