About the position

The Retail Store and Operations Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for leading and coaching a sales team to deliver exceptional customer service in the wireless communications industry. This role involves motivating staff, achieving sales and profit goals, and ensuring the store's success through effective management and training. The manager will also engage in recruiting and developing a successful sales team while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching, leading, and training the sales team to provide the best customer service experience.
  • Holding one-on-one coaching sessions with staff to motivate and achieve business and individual goals.
  • Achieving sales and profit goals while proactively analyzing business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
  • Marketing and advertising store activities.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years of proven retail sales management experience.
  • Two (2) years of experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with leadership staff.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
