About the position

The Table Games Pit Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall operations and administration of the Table Games Department, managing and directing daily shift activities, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires maintaining the integrity of all Table Games, providing excellent guest services, and ensuring a safe and exciting workplace. Attention to quality guest service skills and exceptional teamwork is essential. The manager must ensure that all team members follow rules and regulations and meet company expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall operations and administration of the Table Games Department.
• Manage and direct daily shift activities.
• Ensure smooth operations of the Table Games Department.
• Maintain the integrity of all Table Games.
• Provide excellent guest services and maintain an orderly workplace.
• Ensure compliance with all departmental gaming policies and procedures.
• Assist in developing and implementing work schedules and performance standards.
• Remain alert to unusual or questionable activities and take appropriate action.
• Greet guests and team members proactively.
• Maintain attendance to ensure necessary coverage for guest service.
• Perform tasks and qualifications for positions overseen by the Floor Supervisor.
• Train, coach, and counsel department personnel.
• Prepare written reports and correspondence to management as required.
• Exercise sound judgment and make decisions consistent with job duties.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• Casino Table Games experience required.
• Equivalent combination of Customer Service and Communications experience.
• Prior management/supervisory experience preferred.
