This is a hybrid role and will work onsite 2 days per week in Perris, CA with travel to other sites. Our Talent Acquisition teams are true business partners and are charged with finding, attracting, and hiring top talent into all parts of the company against a high bar for performance, potential, and culture-fit. As a Recruiting Manager, you will serve as the subject matter expert in identifying and engaging with talent for Wayfair’s scaling teams. You will be responsible for owning stakeholder reporting relationships, driving talent strategy, developing and coaching a team, and driving efficiencies in the recruiting process. You will own sourcing strategy, interview process, reporting, and data analysis for your team.
