We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to source, evaluate and recruit top-level talent to join the Builtech family.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for all roles
  • Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, industry networks and employee referrals
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate’s alignment with Builtech
  • Coordinate interviews with team members, solicit feedback and facilitate next steps in a timely manner
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long-term staffing plans
  • Manage and support participation in career fairs, networking events, and digital marketing efforts
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies and labor regulations
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Negotiate and extend offers
  • Manage pre-employment process, including drug and background facilitation, new hire paperwork and scheduling candidate onboarding experience
  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy, inclusive of multiple U.S. regions
  • Maintain and organize applicant data within internal databases and our applicant tracking system
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Willingness to forecast and anticipate future hiring needs
  • Communicate with team leads to capture job and task analysis to document job requirements
  • Administer and interpret Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive assessments
  • Able to recruit mainly on operations positions such as Superintendents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers
  • Ability to identify, recommend, and negotiate salaries and salary ranges
  • Plan, schedule and conduct all recruitment and selection processes from job postings to hiring stages
  • Manage Builtech’s Employee Referral Program
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter as a platform for sourcing and building a bench of strong candidates
  • Organize and/or attend career and college fairs promoting Builtech’s reputation and Core Values
  • Create and maintain staffing and recruiting reports for circulation within the team
  • Adheres to onsite safety program to maintain a safe jobsite per the requirements of the Builtech Safety Plan
