The position involves overseeing all aspects of the global recruitment process at XPEL. The successful candidate will manage a team of recruiters and HR generalists located outside the US, making strategic recommendations for recruitment at various organizational levels. Continuous evaluation of recruitment processes and implementation of upgrades in Workday is expected, alongside the collection and analysis of recruiting metrics to benchmark XPEL against competitors. The role also includes partnering with People Partners on compensation structures, overseeing background checks and employee onboarding, approving offer letters and contracts, and assisting in salary and benefit negotiations. The candidate will establish processes and mentor management in recruiting best practices while educating the workforce on conducting interviews. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
