About the position

The position involves overseeing all aspects of the global recruitment process at XPEL. The successful candidate will manage a team of recruiters and HR generalists located outside the US, making strategic recommendations for recruitment at various organizational levels. Continuous evaluation of recruitment processes and implementation of upgrades in Workday is expected, alongside the collection and analysis of recruiting metrics to benchmark XPEL against competitors. The role also includes partnering with People Partners on compensation structures, overseeing background checks and employee onboarding, approving offer letters and contracts, and assisting in salary and benefit negotiations. The candidate will establish processes and mentor management in recruiting best practices while educating the workforce on conducting interviews. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of global recruitment process
  • Manage a team of recruiters and dotted line HR generalists outside the US
  • Make recommendations on recruitment strategy for each level in the organization
  • Continuously evaluate processes and recommend and implement upgrades in Workday
  • Collect and analyze recruiting metrics to benchmark XPEL to competitors and recommend solutions for process improvements and efficiency
  • Partner with People Partners on compensation structure for roles
  • Oversee background checks, and employee onboarding and set up
  • Approve offer letters and contracts
  • Assist in salary and benefit negotiations and make recommendations on salary and benefit enhancements to attract top talent
  • Establish process and mentor management in recruiting best practices and educate the workforce on conducting interviews
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity
  • At least 3 years' experience with Workday Recruiting (preference for Recruiting Admin experience)
  • Experience in a company of 500+ employees, ideally with both a domestic and international footprint
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Exposure to sensitive information, requiring considerable professionalism, discretion, and good judgment
  • Comfortable solving daily problems and bringing resolution without additional guidance needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
