The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for implementing and using innovative sourcing techniques and research strategies to create candidate/prospect sourcing lists and develop talent pipelines, using a data-driven and key market insights approach. This position will partner with various internal teams to understand business needs for current and future openings. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Consultants. This role is a crucial member of our talent acquisition function and will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet the evolving needs at TriHealth.
