We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to help shape the future of our organisation. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talent for our business. You will work closely with hiring managers, understanding their recruitment needs, and guiding them through the hiring process. With your expertise, you'll ensure that we continue to build a diverse and high-performing workforce. This position can be based in either our Perth, Sydney or Brisbane offices.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Source and engage candidates through various channels.
  • Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to building an employer brand that attracts top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or corporate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.).
  • A team player with a passion for supporting others and achieving company goals.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a drive for excellence.
