We are looking for a mission-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of OneWorld's team, cultivating relationships with individuals passionate about working at a mission focused community health center. In this highly visible role, they collaborate closely with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and vendors. Beyond traditional recruitment, the recruiter drives the adoption of best practices and contributes to shaping the organization's overall recruitment strategy in partnership with the Director of Human Resources. This position is a dynamic blend of strategic influence and hands-on recruitment expertise. This position does require a flexible schedule of nights and weekends to help the organization meet its recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with individuals passionate about working at a mission focused community health center.
  • Collaborate closely with organizational leaders, hiring managers, and vendors.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to shaping the organization's overall recruitment strategy.
  • Manage moderate volume full-cycle recruiting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in recruitment and interviewing.
  • PHR or SPHR preferred.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems, specifically with a talent management or recruitment module.
  • Proven experience in managing moderate volume full-cycle recruiting.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent computer/documentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate positive relationships with individuals of varying experience and skill levels.
  • Personable, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Analytical skills, including development and analysis of metrics for evaluation.

Nice-to-haves
