Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing plans to identify and recruit top talent based on unique business needs.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process and hiring deliverables.
  • Utilize data and market analytics to provide status updates and hiring results to hiring managers and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, social media, canvassing and other innovative sourcing techniques to identify stellar talent in the market.

Requirements

  • One-year experience in Recruitment or Human Resources.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3+ years of Recruiting Experience preferred.
  • Experience pipelining and sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
