About the position

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our company find excellent team members. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employer brand, and enable great relationship building with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to hire top Technical and Non-Technical talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand Technical and Non-Technical hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through various channels and conduct screenings.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in product based companies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  • Good at planning, prioritizing and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working in an early stage start-up.
