About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our hiring strategy, leading key hiring initiatives, and partnering closely with stakeholders to attract top talent. You will take ownership of recruitment for both tech and GTM (Go-To-Market) roles, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize our processes and acting as a thought leader in talent acquisition. Additionally, you will be a key driver in implementing and embedding structured hiring practices across the organization, ensuring consistency, fairness, and high-quality hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring for key technical and GTM roles, including leadership and niche positions.
  • Advise stakeholders on talent strategy and hiring best practices.
  • Champion the adoption of structured hiring methodologies, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.
  • Engage passive candidates with targeted outreach and strategic sourcing.
  • Actively drive diverse and inclusive hiring strategies, ensuring equitable hiring practices, mitigating bias in the recruitment process, and building a talent pipeline that reflects a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for both tech and non-tech functions.
  • Use market intelligence to influence hiring strategies and workforce planning.
  • Develop and refine employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured hiring principles, interview best practices, and decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring teams to drive hiring excellence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in all talent-related discussions, ensuring alignment between hiring needs and business objectives.
  • Track adoption of structured hiring practices and measure their impact on hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to hire, quality of hire, interviewer calibration).
  • Partner with marketing to enhance employer brand visibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in hiring for both tech and GTM roles.

  • Experience in implementing and driving adoption of structured hiring methodologies within an organization.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with senior leaders.
  • Deep knowledge of proactive sourcing techniques, market mapping, and engaging passive talent.
  • Comfort in leveraging data and insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Experience hiring for engineering, product, or technical roles is a must, while also being comfortable with GTM hiring.
  • Experience enhancing employer brand and candidate experience.
