The position involves delivering full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt talent by sourcing, screening, and preparing candidates for interviews for assigned locations. The recruiter will present hiring managers with qualified candidates and develop candidate pipelines for recurring skill sets. Close collaboration with hiring managers is essential to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to the onboarding of new hires. The role also includes extending offers for employment, initiating pre-employment checks, and maintaining a high volume of job requisitions that require quick turnaround times. Key performance indicators such as time to fill will be a focus, and the recruiter will work with temporary agencies as needed for temp workers. Regular communication with hiring managers regarding current and future recruitment needs is expected, along with attending career fairs, trade schools, and labor halls to develop a network and pipeline of talent. The recruiter will maintain the Applicant Tracking System in Workday for all hourly positions and provide support and direction to all plants on the application process. Additional responsibilities include assisting in other talent acquisition activities, supporting the intern program, advising hiring teams on policies and procedures, providing training to hiring managers, and performing other duties as assigned.
