Responsibilities

  • Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Build applicant sources passive and active candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites; providing organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport.
  • Leverage networking, cold calling, FitzMark ATS and complex internet searches and research.
  • Screen potential sales candidates using industry-standard techniques and strategy.
  • Introduce new hires to the company and walk them through the hiring and training process.
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Understand job description, culture, environment, and the ideal candidate for each open position.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the management and HR team.
  • Continuously partner with recruiting team and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • 3PL or Logistics Industry Experience preferred
  • 1+ years as Sales Recruiter (full life cycle recruiting and sourcing) or similar HR role
