About the position

DentalMonitoring is a MedTech scale-up in a fast-growing medical field. We are looking for new talent to join our team! Our SAAS monitors and optimizes orthodontic treatment for doctors and patients alike using our app and patient platform. DentalMonitoring brings the first AI-driven technology in the oral healthcare space, with more than 200 filed patents on our technology, leading an entire industry in how we approach the orthodontic experience. Our Scanbox helps patients and doctors to easily detect intra oral observation.

Responsibilities

  • Run a full-cycle recruiting process for all departments
  • Work with the DentalMonitoring hiring managers to understand their needs and develop a talent acquisition strategy to meet their goals
  • Own the hiring process for assigned open roles
  • Draft job ads and publish job opportunities on our career page and relevant job boards
  • Source, screen and interview potential talents - proactively identify perfect candidates
  • Organize interview processes and hiring discussions with the hiring team
  • Guide the offer process including closing candidates
  • Input all candidates information and interview feedback into HR tools
  • Work closely with the People Team during the pre-boarding and onboarding processes to onboard new hires
  • Create the roadmap for a successful candidate experience and engage all stakeholders in becoming representatives of the DentalMonitoring brand
  • Collaborate with Marketing about promoting open roles, and keep the DM brand aligned globally
  • Liaise with external recruiters as first point of contact when appointed to manage a specific job allocation
  • Engage proactively in quarterly benchmarking activities and market surveillance
  • Be able to provide metrics as needed on your recruitment activities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
  • Experience with offer negotiations and closing candidates
  • Patient, communicative teammate
  • Data-driven and embraces the growth-mindset
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Able to influence hiring managers with diverse backgrounds and point of views
  • Self-starter and autonomous
  • Lead by example
  • Ability and willingness to challenge the status-quo, improve ways of operating the talent arena, and to develop one-self and others

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in recruiting in the AI, tech, medical, orthodontic, and dental industries are highly preferable
  • Health industry experience preferred
  • Startup and scale-up experience
