Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce! This position will be based out of our Kenosha, WI division, and will be onsite 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers across the organization to identify, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates.
• Manage everything from job postings to candidate evaluations and guiding managers through interviews.
• Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers to effectively influence and guide the talent acquisition process.
• Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies and leverage sourcing platforms to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Use data to inform your decisions and ensure recruitment goals are met.
• Ensure clear communication and coordination with all stakeholders during the recruitment process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or sales (or 5+ years without a degree).
• Strong grasp of behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
• Comfortable working with Google Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday, and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and results-oriented, using metrics and KPIs to drive progress.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• SPHR or PHR certification (a plus).
• Previous experience using Workday and recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
