About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing high volume recruitment for an investor group at the community level, including all front-line staff and leadership roles. You will manage the full-cycle recruiting/sourcing and interviewing process with a focus on front-line staff, setting appropriate sourcing strategies for immediate and future candidate pools. You will be accountable for the overall candidate and hiring manager experience from the first point of contact through onboarding. Additionally, you will manage applicant flow within the ATS, source and screen resumes/candidates, and coordinate interviews. You will prepare candidates for interviews by providing logistical information, interview schedules, and other necessary information. You will also interview and facilitate/participate in the selection decision process, create and maintain tracking of requisitions, and develop relationships with local universities for entry-level and intern candidates, initiating and participating in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain tracking of requisitions, open position reports.
  • Develop relationships with local Universities for entry-level and intern candidates; initiate, organize and participate in sponsored job/career fairs and on-campus events as applicable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a corporate setting.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with multiple recruitment tools including Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and networking.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently.
  • Top-notch customer service skills and a commitment to a customer-centric work approach.
  • Valid Driver's license.
