The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Philip Morris International (PMI) plays a crucial role in transforming the company's recruitment strategy to align with its mission of delivering a smoke-free future. This position involves collaborating with business leaders to understand hiring needs, managing the recruitment process for various salaried positions across the U.S., and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. The specialist will utilize multiple sourcing tools and strategies to attract diverse talent while also contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring requirements and develop a talent acquisition strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment process for assigned positions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Identify, attract, engage, and introduce top talent in the marketplace.
  • Utilize various recruitment resources, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking.
  • Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates.
  • Provide onboarding guidance to new hires and hiring managers.
  • Assist in the development of PMI's recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.
  • Participate in TA specific projects to enhance US Talent Acquisition success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Significant experience in volume recruiting for salaried positions, preferably in Commercial/Sales/Marketing functions.
  • Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple candidate sourcing tools, including social media and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to adapt to constant change and identify pathways to success.
  • Proven experience managing processes through an ATS.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Highly proactive, results-driven, organized, and data-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Familiarity with the tobacco or smoke-free product industry.
