Responsibilities

• Work closely with internal leadership to identify specific needs for different positions
• Source and interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications, and provide job offers primarily for production positions (i.e. production operators, production supervisors, production engineers)
• Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
• Utilize company systems and structures effectively and efficiently
• Work to foster a highly desirable workplace with the involvement of all team members to achieve our shared goals
• Follow HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the law, corporate policies and business objectives
• Provide assistance and counsel to members on HR policies and personal issues, and keep team members informed of all changes in HR policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related field
• Experience handling a broad range of responsibilities preferably in a manufacturing environment, focused on recruiting/staffing and compensation analysis
• Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information
• Urgency and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals
• Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills
• Korean English Bilingual a plus
