The Talent Manager role at Robert Half involves working collaboratively within a team to negotiate and develop business relationships with new and existing clients, specifically in the administrative and customer support sectors. Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients.
  • Market services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers.
  • Recruit, interview, and match administrative and customer support professionals with client projects.
  • Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase company presence.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of administrative or customer support experience preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in Business Development in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Proven success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision maker environment.
  • Experience marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and Contact Management Applications (Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with administrative and customer support department operations.
  • Positive attitude and engaging businesslike approach.
