As a CDL-A Tanker Driver for James J. Williams, you will be responsible for hauling vital hazardous and non-hazardous bulk materials on semi-regional routes. Responsibilities

  • Haul hazardous and non-hazardous bulk materials on semi-regional routes.
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of materials.
  • Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each load.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid Class A CDL.
  • Must have a Hazmat Certification.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Minimum of 6 months of recent driving experience required.
  • A safe driving record on the road is essential.
  • Canadian admissibility is a plus.
  • Doubles/triples endorsement is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with tanker or bulk transport driving is preferred.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
