The teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing lesson plans that meet the requirements of the school curriculum, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally. This includes preparing emergency lesson plans, accommodating different learning styles, and collaborating with special education teachers to modify curricula for students with Individual Education Plans (IEPs). The teacher will also utilize technology to enhance the teaching and learning process, participate in tutoring sessions, and perform other duties as assigned. In addition to instructional responsibilities, the teacher will play a crucial role in student growth and development by helping students analyze and improve their study methods and habits. They will conduct ongoing assessments of student achievement and assume responsibility for extracurricular activities, serving as a positive role model and supporting the school's mission.
