Team Lead - Morning Shift

As a Team Lead at Main Squeeze Juice Co., you will oversee the daily operations of the juice bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Main Squeeze Team Members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct daily team huddles to communicate goals, share updates, and provide constructive feedback.
• Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure the team maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere in the juice bar, promoting a welcoming experience for customers.
• Oversee and coach Team members to ensure they are providing the best possible experience to our customers.
• Oversee the preparation of a variety of fresh and nutritious juice blends, smoothies, acai bowls, and other beverages.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure we are making all products in a timely manner with the highest possible quality standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and waste.
• Update the store manager of any items appearing low stock.
• Monitor staff to ensure as little waste as possible.
• Train new team members on product knowledge, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the skills and performance of the team.

Requirements

• Experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of juice and smoothie preparation.
