About the position

Responsibilities

• Schedules and performs preventive maintenance, performance assurance testing, and electrical safety inspections.
• Repairs and calibrates equipment and devices to meet original manufacturers' specifications.
• Conducts analyses to identify symptoms, define problems, compare options, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Provides in-service education and customer service to staff on equipment operation and safety.
• Mentors and trains level one and two Biomedical Electronic Technicians.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5-10 years of experience in biomedical engineering or related field

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in biomedical engineering
• Less than 2 years of supervisory experience
• Biomedical certification
• Vendor training in biomedical equipment
