About the position

The position involves designing and managing technology educational experiences within the Tech Lounge at Vanguard. The role focuses on enhancing employee engagement through workshops and events, while ensuring the space is well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology. Collaboration with various departments is essential to align initiatives with organizational goals and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate unique technology educational and demo experiences.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to implement technology solutions.
• Update experiences to keep pace with technological advancements.
• Monitor inventory and procure necessary supplies and equipment.
• Align digital signage content to complement available experiences/devices.
• Maintain the Tech Lounge to provide an immersive environment.
• Oversee setup, configuration, and maintenance of technology and equipment.
• Coordinate with facilities management for space-related issues.
• Promote employee participation and engagement with the Tech Lounge.
• Organize workshops, demonstrations, and events.
• Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve offerings.
• Work with HR, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with goals.
• Act as the primary contact for Tech Lounge inquiries.
• Present regular reports on activities, usage, and impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3+ years technical experience.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
